I cannot recommend Martin enough, he went above and beyond to help us out. Due to a terminal illness in the family and being let down by another plumber, we urgently needed a plumber to come in and finish the house renovation's second fix. Martin was able to juggle his schedule and came three days later And spent seven full days at the house. Once finished we had two new bathrooms completely installed and functioning, an underfloor heating system, new central heating and boiler commissioned and the drainage brought up to code. His level of knowledge and experience is unbeatable, his work is professional and tidy, and he’s a genuinely friendly Person. He impressed us so much we have now asked him to be our plumber/ heating engineer for our other properties.

My Mum bought a house with an existing biomass boiler. It was a nightmare! It was always breaking down, her call-out costs and services were huge and the problem boiler was getting no more reliable. And then we found you. Finally, we were talking to people who genuinely wanted to help solve the problem rather than just make as much money as possible from our nightmare. From your first visit, there was an improvement and then when you fitted the correct sensor to put right the mistakes made by the previous engineers, it has run like a dream! My Mum was so worried and upset that she would be cold and now she is warm and smiling.

Martin was just fantastic. He came out quickly and persevered until he found a solution, that the previous plumber had not managed.

He completed the two jobs quickly and efficiently, cleaning up after he had finished. I would recommend him highly, and I think his business offers excellent value for money.

Had an Oil boiler installed by AIM. Work completed to a very high standard and they conducted themselves in a very friendly and professional manner. Also happy to offer advice and we’re clear on the required aftercare. There were no issues and the work plan was very clearly laid out. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.
